Returns and Refunds

You may cancel your order by returning items to us any time within fourteen (14) days, beginning on the day after you received them. You can return items for an exchange or refund. To cancel an order, you must send us notification to - info@perlina.lt.

Returned items must be:

  • Safely packed, in their original packaging
  • Not used, undamaged, in sellable condition
  • Include copy of purchase invoice

You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible.

Important! Items are returned at your own risk. Also, you shall be responsible for the cost of returning items to us, except when you return defective or wrongly sent goods.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
